1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of landing page design services ("Services") provided by Randall Forseth, Sole Proprietor ("Provider," "I," or "me"). By purchasing a landing page or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
I provide custom-designed landing pages delivered as HTML files. Each landing page is built based on analysis of your existing page and is designed to improve conversion performance. The deliverable is a production-ready HTML file with accompanying setup instructions.
3. Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is required in full before the landing page files are delivered. All sales are final.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to a download page where you can access your landing page files and setup instructions. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact me at randall@randallforseth.com.
5. Ownership & License
Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered landing page for your business. You may modify the page as needed for your use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the landing page design to third parties.
Any images, logos, or branding elements that originate from your existing website remain your property. Original design work, code structure, and layout created by me remain my intellectual property, with the license granted to you as described above.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of each landing page, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each page is built specifically for your business based on analysis of your current page.
7. No Guarantees
While the landing pages I build are designed with conversion best practices, I do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond page design, including your offer, pricing, ad targeting, and market conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific landing page in question. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
