These Terms of Service govern your use of web development, software development, and related digital services provided by Randall Forseth, Sole Proprietor. By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
I provide custom web development services including website design and build, web application development, API integration, cloud deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Specific deliverables and scope are agreed upon per project or engagement.
3. Pricing and Payment
Services are billed according to pricing agreed upon at the time of engagement. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize charges to your payment method on file as agreed.
4. Cancellation
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time by contacting me at randall@randallforseth.com. Services will remain active through the end of your current billing period. For project-based work, cancellation terms are agreed upon per engagement.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website designs, code, and related deliverables are created by me and remain my intellectual property until full payment is received. Your business content (text, images, logos, and business information) remains your property.
6. No Guarantees
While I strive to deliver high-quality work, I do not guarantee specific business results such as increased traffic, leads, or revenue. Results depend on many factors beyond the scope of my services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claims arising from or related to these services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid in the preceding three months. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Modifications
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
